- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

a) Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You may be required to share clear photos or videos as proof.
- After verification, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
b) Incorrect Product Delivered
- If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or process a refund after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor variations in plant size, shape, or color (as plants are natural products)
- Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery
4. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- In case of payment gateway delays, the timeline may vary.

- Due to the perishable nature of plants, we generally do not accept returns.
